Consumer Perception Survey Data Reporting - State of Wisconsin
The Wisconsin Survey System data platform was designed and configured to enable providers and tribal organizations to efficiently collect, manage, and report the federally required Mental Health Statistics Improvement Program (MHSIP) Consumer Perception Survey data. This system ensures compliance with federal standards for capturing consumer feedback on behavioral health services, supporting data-driven quality improvement and program evaluation. BHES oversaw the MHSIP data collection for the State of California, bringing extensive expertise in statewide behavioral health consumer perception measurement and federal reporting requirements.
CYBHI Scaling Evidence-Based Practices and Community Defined Evidence Practices Initiative
As the lead evaluator for the CYBHI Scaling EBPs and CDEPS Workstream, BHES collaborated with eInsight to develop an initiative-specific data platform for the more than 400 grantees awarded. Designed with an intuitive interface and streamlined upload features, the platform was continuously refined throughout the grant period based on grantee feedback. This iterative development ensured a consistent story of impact while providing grantees with actionable outcomes reports and interactive dashboards to monitor progress in services and treatment. Grantees spanned a diverse array of organizations, including drop-in centers, clinical providers, community centers, and Local Education Agencies.
